RN Main OR Circulator- Full Time

About the role

This position is located at Saint Alphonsus Health System’s Regional Medical Center in Boise, serving as a Registered Nurse in the Main Operating Room at their Level II Trauma Center.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a patient advocate by promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide hands-on patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and utilize resources wisely.
• Educate patients and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Develop care plans based on patient needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of RN Circulator experience.
• Ability to circulate all basic and complex cases proficiently.
• Experience circulating on a primary and secondary specialty team.
• Preceptor for specialty teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse as defined by the Idaho State Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required (ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS).
