RN Main OR Circulator- Full Time

The Boise Main Operating Room at Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse with at least one year of RN Circulator experience. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced, innovative environment and are passionate about exceptional service and high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Circulate on a primary and secondary specialty team
- Precept for specialty teams
- Serve as a patient advocate by promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being
- Provide hands-on patient care while collaborating with colleagues
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize resources wisely
- Educate patients, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and develop care plans based on patient needs
Requirements
- Licensed in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse as defined by the Idaho State Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required (ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS)
Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of RN Circulator experience to interview for this position and be able to circulate all basic and complex cases proficiently.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in using medical equipment are essential.
