RN / LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Make a Difference Beyond One Shift – Angels of Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide 1:1 in‑home care for medically fragile children in El Paso, TX and surrounding areas.

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Assess patient condition.
• Educate families and caregivers.
• Follow the plan of care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred: Pediatric home health experience.
• Preferred: Experience with tracheostomy and/or ventilator care.
• New graduates are welcome.

Schedule & Travel

• Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities.
• Flexible scheduling based on availability.
• Shift lengths of 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours.
• Days, nights, and weekends available.

Pay

Hourly rate: $26 – $40.
