RN / LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

About the Role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide 1:1 in‑home care for medically fragile children in Seguin, TX and surrounding areas. The position offers flexible scheduling, consistent hours, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Assess patient condition and document findings.
• Educate families and caregivers on care plans and procedures.
• Follow the established plan of care for each patient.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred experience in pediatric home health.
• Experience with tracheostomy and/or ventilator care is a plus.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Schedule

Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities are available with flexible scheduling based on availability. Shift lengths include 8‑, 10‑, 12‑, or 16‑hour options, covering days, nights, and weekends.

Pay

Pay Range: $24–$36 per hour.
