RN / LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

About the role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide 1:1 in‑home care for medically fragile children in Victoria, TX and surrounding areas. The family‑owned, clinically‑owned company has been serving the medically fragile community since 2000 and offers flexible schedules, consistent hours, and a supportive team so clinicians can do what they love.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Assess patient condition.
• Educate families and caregivers.
• Follow the patient’s plan of care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred: Pediatric home health experience.
• Preferred: Experience with tracheostomy and/or ventilator care.
• New graduates are welcome.

Schedule

• Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities.
• Flexible scheduling based on availability.
• Shift lengths: 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours.
• Days, nights, and weekends available.

Pay

Pay Range: $24‑$36 per hour.
