Pay Range: $19‑$36 per hour.

What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
- Administer medications & treatments
- Assess patient condition
- Educate families and caregivers
- Follow plan of care
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (TX)
- Current CPR certification
- Preferred: Pediatric home health experience
- Preferred: Tracheostomy and/or ventilator experience
- New graduates welcome
Schedule & Travel
- Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities
- Flexible scheduling based on availability
- 8, 10, 12, or 16‑hour shifts available
