Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor residents’ conditions
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality care and compliance
- Administer treatments and medications per the physician’s orders
- Ensure accurate documentation and charting
- Communicate changes in condition to physicians and family members
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN License in the State of Georgia
- Active CPR certification (required)
- Experience in Rehab, Short-Term Care, or Long-Term Care preferred
- Infection Control knowledge is a plus
- Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a supervisory role
