About the role
Autumn Lake Healthcare at Patuxent River is hiring a RN/LPN Unit Manager.
Responsibilities
- Supports the success and growth of staff and residents
- Works in a team-oriented environment
- Provides resources, tools, and training for staff
- Manages long-term care operations
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Previous experience as a RN/LPN Unit Manager preferred
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must hold a current Maryland LPN or RN License
- Strong leadership and communication skills required
- Experience in long-term care preferred
