Olmsted Medical Center is seeking qualified candidates for various roles including Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs). Starting salaries range from $20.57 to $52.52 based on experience.
Responsibilities
- CMA: Participates in patient care, collects and documents patient information, prepares and administers medications, and maintains aseptic techniques.
- LPN: Conducts health assessments, implements interventions, and collaborates with healthcare teams to develop and modify care plans.
- RN: Assesses patient health, develops and implements care plans, delegates tasks, and evaluates patient responses to interventions.
Requirements
- CMA: Completion of a medical assistant program, Certified (CMA) or Registered MA (RMA) certification, BLS certification, and previous clinic experience.
- LPN: Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing, Minnesota LPN license, BLS certification, and previous clinic experience.
- RN: Completion of an accredited professional nursing program, Minnesota Registered Nurse license, BLS certification, ACLS certification (for certain locations), and one year of nursing experience.
