Family Medical Clinic - LPN/RN

Sign-on bonus: $3,500 for experienced LPNs / $2,000 for new-grad LPNs. Sign-on bonus: $5,000 for experienced RNs / $3,000 for new-grad RNs.

About the role

The Clinic LPN/RN is responsible for the therapeutic care of patients. Must possess a good working knowledge of the nursing process and demonstrate sound clinical skills. Promotes good public relations for the clinic and organization while maintaining patient confidence. Must be able to perform appropriately in crises situations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid and active LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of Arkansas
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
