About the Role

Registered Nurse (RN) in a Long Term Care setting within a mission-driven, faith-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, resident-centered nursing care including assessment, care planning, and medication administration.
• Coordinate clinical services with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support management of chronic conditions, health education, and advocacy for residents.
• Promote dignity, safety, and cultural sensitivity in all care activities.
