RN Lead, Labor and Delivery, Postpartum

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns
• Coordinate unit workflows and mentor bedside nurses
• Conduct maternal-fetal assessments and administer medications
• Support deliveries, postpartum recovery, and newborn care
• Educate patients and families to promote health and understanding
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality outcomes
• Foster teamwork, professional growth, and a faith-based, holistic care environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Experienced RN with leadership capabilities in labor and delivery/postpartum
• Strong clinical skills in maternal-fetal assessment, medication administration, and neonatal care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and compassionate patient-centered care
