RN Lead, Labor and Delivery, Postpartum

About the Role

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units within a faith-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unit workflows and mentor bedside nurses
• Perform maternal-fetal assessments and administer medications
• Support deliveries and oversee postpartum recovery and newborn care
• Educate patients and families
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety, quality outcomes, and whole-person care

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with leadership experience
• Strong clinical skills in labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to mentoring and supporting staff
• Dedication to safety and quality care in a faith-based setting
