Position: RN - Labor and Delivery - Per Diem Location: Arlington Heights, IL Hours: 7pm-7:30am Responsibilities Assess patients and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, effective, and timely.Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members in person, phone, and written formats.Provide individualized patient and family education based on thorough assessment.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited institution.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
