RN - Labor and Delivery - Per Diem - Nights

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, gather health data, and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Coordinate individualized care plans to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate interventions.
• Communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.
• Provide tailored patient and family education based on thorough assessments.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited institution.
• Current Illinois nursing license.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
