Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Hours: 7pm-7:30am

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Coordinate and implement patient care plans ensuring safety, timeliness, and appropriateness
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members in person, by phone, and in writing
• Customize patient and family teaching to meet individual learning needs
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations

Requirements

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program
• Current Illinois nursing license
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association

Pay

$36.00 - $55.80 per hour, based on experience and expertise
