Position: RN - Labor and Delivery - Per Diem Location: Arlington Heights, IL Hours: 7pm-7:30am Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, appropriate, and timely.Communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing.Individualize patient and family education based on thorough assessments.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
