About the role
Registered Nurse in Women & Infants Labor & Delivery Enterprise Float Pool supporting multiple hospital locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Prioritize safety and quality
- Support multidisciplinary teams
- Model proficiency through precepting
- Contribute to evidence-based, patient-centered care in units such as Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women’s Care, and NICU
- Follow standards set by professional organizations
- Participate in specialty education and training
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- At least 6 months of Women and Infants RN experience or completion of a fellowship
- Certifications include BLS and NRP
- Ability to work night shifts
- Support a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong clinical skills
- Commitment to learning and patient safety
