RN L&D Regional Float Pool

Role: Registered Nurse in Women & Infants Labor & Delivery Enterprise Float Pool supporting multiple hospital locations. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, prioritize safety and quality, and support multidisciplinary teams. Model proficiency through precepting and contribute to evidence-based, patient-centered care in units like Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women’s Care, and NICU. Follow standards set by professional organizations and participate in specialty education and training. Qualifications & Skills: Active RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 6 months of Women and Infants RN experience or completion of a fellowship. Certifications include BLS and NRP. Ability to work night shifts and support a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong clinical skills, commitment to learning, and patient safety are essential.
