Registered Nurse - Float Pool (L&D)

About the Role

Registered Nurse (RN) supporting Women & Infants in a float pool across multiple hospitals. This position emphasizes teamwork, continuous learning, and professional growth, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in units such as Mother/Baby, Labor & Delivery, Birth Center, Women’s Care, and NICU, utilizing evidence-based practices and following standards like AWHONN and AACN.
• Support multidisciplinary teams and precept new staff.
• Ensure safety and quality at the point of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved by state board if less than 3 years’ experience.
• Current RN licensure and relevant certifications.
• Minimum 6 months Women & Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
• NRP certification within 6 months of hire and BLS/CPR certification before start date.

Schedule

Flexibility to work rotating days/nights. Onsite role without remote options.
