RN L&D Regional Float Pool Nurse

This role involves providing direct, top-of-scope nursing care to women and infants in various units including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Birth Center, Women’s Care, and NICU, utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to standards from AWHONN and AACN. Responsibilities include supporting patients and multidisciplinary teams across multiple hospital locations, precepting new staff, and contributing to patient safety and quality care in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications require a valid RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program (less than 3 years’ experience), and relevant certifications such as BLS and NRP within specified timeframes. Experience or completion of a Fellowship in Women and Infants nursing is preferred.
