About the role
Join our team as a full-time, day shift Float Pool Registered Nurse, providing safe and coordinated patient care across diverse populations.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient and family needs, developing and updating individualized care plans based on biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational factors.
- Delegate care appropriately to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing and current Kansas RN licensure.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS for Tele, ICU, and PCU; oncology certification for post-surgery care.
- All certifications must be completed within the first year.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- At least one year of recent healthcare experience.
- 4-year degree in a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
