We need sections: About the role (maybe from start description?), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe duplicate?), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must only include sections with real specific content.
Let's map:
- About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph: "Start here at St. Vincent’s Medical Center and work where every moment matters! St. Vincent’s Medical Center doesn’t just take great care of our patients; we take great care of our Registered Nurses too! Our benefit options..." Actually that's more benefits. The "What our nurses’ love about St. Vincent’s Medical Center:" list is benefits. The "Job Summary Provides direct nursing care..." could be about the role.
Thus we can have About the role: Job Summary paragraph.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Requirements: maybe the qualifications (education, license, certifications). Could be separate from Qualifications? The posting has "Qualifications" heading then list. So we can treat that as Requirements or Qualifications. Since we have both sections possible, we need to decide which to include. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have content for Responsibilities, Qualifications (education, license, etc.), Benefits (list of benefits), Schedule (shift detail), maybe About the role (job summary). Skills maybe not explicit; we have "Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills." Could be under Skills. Also "Committed to nursing excellence" maybe not skill. We could create Skills section with that.
Pay: No explicit pay mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section.
Schedule: we have shift detail: "36 hour float RN, shifts can be 3-12hour or 1-12 and 3- 8 hour shifts, every other weekend, every other holiday." That's schedule info.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Benefits, Schedule.
We need to decide whether to use Requirements and Qualifications both. The posting has a "Qualifications" heading with list. Could map to Requirements. We could also have Qualifications section with same content? Might be redundant. Better to use one: either Requirements or Qualifications. Since they ask for both as possible headings, we can choose Requirements for the qualifications list. Or we could split: Requirements for education/license, Qualifications for additional info like Magnet hospital etc. But the latter is more about organization. Might be better to put all under Requirements.
Skills: we have "Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills." Also maybe "Committed to nursing excellence" not skill. We'll put that.
Benefits: list of benefits from "What our nurses’ love..." includes: Automatic enrollment into Nurse Residency Program for graduate RNs for headings,
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content.
