Join our team as a full-time, day shift Float Pool Registered Nurse responsible for delivering safe, high-quality patient care across diverse populations.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient and family needs
- Develop and revise care plans
- Delegate tasks to optimize outcomes
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing
- Current Kansas RN Licensure
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- ACLS for Tele, ICU, and PCU; oncology certification for post-surgery
- All certifications completed within the first year
Qualifications
- At least one year of recent healthcare experience
- Four-year related degree
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
