About the role
Join as a full-time, day shift Float Pool Registered Nurse responsible for delivering safe, coordinated patient care across diverse populations.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient and family needs.
- Develop and prioritize care plans.
- Evaluate care delivery and revise plans to meet biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs.
- Delegate tasks appropriately to optimize patient outcomes while adhering to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing.
- Current Kansas RN licensure.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS for ICU/Tele and PCU or oncology for post-surgery required within the first year.
Qualifications
Preferred candidates have:
- At least one year of recent healthcare experience.
- A 4-year related degree.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
