RN L&D Birth Center Nights → Registered Nurse - L&D Birth Center - Night Shift

Role Overview: Provides specialized nursing care in the Women and Infants department, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Birth Center, Women’s Care, and NICU, utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to standards such as AWHONN and AACN. Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care, prioritize safety and quality, model proficiency through precepting, support team collaboration, and contribute to positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing.Current RN licensure and relevant certifications (NRP, ACLS, BLS).Minimum six months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice. Key Duties: Provide top-of-scope nursing care, support education and competency validation, and promote safety and quality at the point of care.
