RN Birth Center Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse in the Women and Infants department, providing direct patient care in units such as Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU. Responsibilities: Delivering top-of-scope nursing practice using the nursing process, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing patient wellness, modeling proficiency through precepting, and ensuring safety and quality at the point of care. Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN licensure, relevant certifications (NRP, BLS), and at least 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship. Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Duties: Providing evidence-based, patient-centered care aligned with standards such as AWHONN and AACN, supporting ongoing education, and contributing to positive outcomes in a dynamic setting.
