RN Birth Center Nights

Role Overview: This full-time RN position in the PVH Birthing Center involves providing direct patient care in women and infants units, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU. Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, prioritize patient wellness, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to safety and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license, relevant certification, and at least six months of women and infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship. BLS and NRP certifications are required. Ability to work night shifts is preferred. Key Duties: Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care, support specialty education and competency validation, and adhere to practice standards such as AWHONN and AACN guidelines.
