RN Inpatient (Weekend Nights) - Cardiology/Intermediate Care

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients.
• Work independently and collaboratively with a team of motivated professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Provide compassionate, adaptable, and detail-oriented care to patients and families.
• Engage in critical thinking and evidence-based practice to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (e.g., AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Pay

Salary range: $33.00 – $48.00 per hour. $20,000 sign-on bonus available to eligible candidates.

Schedule

Full-time position with 12-hour night shifts every weekend (Friday–Sunday). Weekly hours: 36.00.
