About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership and supervision in an inpatient surgical setting. This role involves assigning and monitoring nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care across diverse age groups, and supporting hospital initiatives such as quality improvement and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assign and monitor nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and maintain patient safety standards.
- Act as a liaison among physicians, patients, families, and departments.
- Foster a positive work environment and support professional growth.
- Support hospital initiatives, including quality improvement and compliance.
Requirements
- Nursing degree from an accredited program.
- At least two years of related experience in a clinical setting.
- Current RN licensure and CPR certification.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects or patients.
- Adaptability to work in hazardous environments with PPE requirements.
