Hospice Care
Provides compassionate end-of-life care to patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Assists patients with daily activities
- Makes rounds to assess patient needs
- Coordinates with healthcare providers
- Administers medications as prescribed
- Provides emotional support to patients and families
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in healthcare or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing hospice care
Skills
- Knowledge of hospice care practices
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Basic computer skills
