Hospice Care

Responsibilities

• Assists patients and families with end-of-life care planning
• Maintains patient records and communicates with healthcare providers
• Administers medications and provides other medical treatments as needed
• Supports patients and families through emotional and spiritual needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Current license to practice as a registered nurse
• Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Emotional resilience and empathy

Skills

• Knowledge of hospice and palliative care practices
• Proficiency in medical terminology and procedures
