About the role

This role involves providing direct nursing care within the I/P Hemodialysis department, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients across all age groups, including neonates and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments
• Assisting with tests and procedures
• Ensuring accurate documentation
• Maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment
• Serving as a clinical leader
• Mentoring new staff
• Assuming relief charge duties when designated
• Active participation in patient safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• RN licensure
• CPR certification
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Bilingual skills (advantageous)
• Specialty certifications (advantageous)
• Adherence to hospital policies
