This role involves providing direct nursing care within the I/P Hemodialysis department, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients across all age groups, including neonates and geriatrics. Key responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, assisting with tests and procedures, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment. The nurse will serve as a clinical leader, mentor new staff, and assume relief charge duties when designated. Active participation in patient safety initiatives, emergency response, and ongoing professional development is essential. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Bilingual skills and specialty certifications are advantageous. The role requires adherence to hospital policies, proactive safety measures, and fostering a positive work environment.
