RN - Inpatient

The role involves providing direct nursing care within the Radiology - Nuclear Medicine department, working with diverse patient populations including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Responsibilities include implementing and documenting individualized care plans, assisting with tests and procedures, administering medications (including IV), and ensuring patient safety and comfort. The nurse will serve as a clinical leader, offering guidance to staff, participating in orientation and precepting new personnel, and assuming relief charge duties when needed. Additional duties involve maintaining accurate medical records, responding to inquiries, promoting a safe environment, and adhering to hospital policies. The position emphasizes professional growth through ongoing education, safety protocols, and proactive patient safety measures, including environmental safety and reporting concerns. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Current RN licensure and CPR certification. No minimum experience required; bilingual skills are a plus.
