RN - Infant Special Care Unit - Night and Day Rotation

Role: Registered Nurse – Infant Special Care Unit (ISCU) Responsibilities Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care independently in the ISCUUtilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient careGuide and oversee unlicensed assistive personnel delivering interdisciplinary careCollaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of careContribute to safety initiatives and promote high-quality patient experiences Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferredCurrent IL RN license and BLS/CPR certification from AHAAt least 1 year of acute care or ISCU experience; NICU/ISCU experience preferred Key Duties: Deliver expert neonatal nursing care, lead and coordinate team efforts, ensure safety, and foster positive patient outcomes.
