About the role

The RN III Fetal Care team is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for high-risk pregnancies and their infants. Our team works closely with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists to ensure the best possible outcomes for both mother and child.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document fetal health and maternal condition during prenatal visits.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing procedures as necessary.
• Participate in rounds and case conferences to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in maternal-fetal medicine or neonatal intensive care.
• Knowledge of fetal monitoring techniques and neonatal resuscitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Experience with fetal ultrasound and echocardiography.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
