About the Role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of nursing practice
• Coordinate patient care activities among assigned staff
• Ensure the delivery of quality nursing care in alignment with organizational policies and procedures
• Demonstrate professional growth, accountability, and adherence to policies
• Ensure safe and effective patient care

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• No experience required; new graduates eligible
• Hospital experience preferred
• Current Georgia RN license or multistate license
• BCLS certification required
• Additional certifications in specialty areas are desirable
