About the role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies, demonstrate professional growth, and ensure adherence to standards of practice.

• Maintain quality standards

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Valid Georgia RN license and/or multistate license (NLC/eNLC) required
• Current BCLS certification required

Qualifications

• No experience required; new graduates are eligible
• Previous hospital experience and one year of hospital work preferred for PRN roles
• Advanced specialty certification is a plus (if applicable)
