RN - ICU / Night Shift

Critical Care Registered Nurses provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in the ICU, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care based on nursing standards. Responsibilities include: delivering expert patient care across all phases, utilizing theoretical knowledge, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing school, current Oklahoma RN license, BLS & ACLS certifications (NIHSS if applicable), and completion of hospital/unit-specific competencies within 3 months. Skills and attributes: Compassion, professionalism, positive outlook, collaborative mindset, and strong advocacy for patients. Key duties: Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate care for ICU patients, ensuring adherence to standards, and maintaining certifications to provide independent patient care.
