RN - ICU Step Down / Night Shift

Seeking compassionate registered nurses for a high-energy ICU Step Down unit. Role Overview This unit features 32 beds in a critical care setting, serving patients transitioning from ICU and those requiring elevated care. The patient population includes neurological, medical, and surgical cases, with specialization as a Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center. Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, professional patient care in a fast-paced environment.Support patient transitions from ICU, ensuring safety and comfort.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.Utilize advanced technology and follow innovative procedures to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license in the state or compact licensure.Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred, ADN acceptable.Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.Strong communication, advocacy, and teamwork skills.
