RN - ICU Step Down / Days

Position Overview Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care in a 32-bed ICU step-down unit, assisting patients transitioning from intensive care or requiring higher levels of care. Focus on neurological, medical, and surgical patients, with expertise in stroke care as a Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center. Qualifications & Skills Accredited nursing degree (BSN preferred, ADN acceptable)Current RN license and ability to maintain licensure as per state requirementsBasic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart AssociationCompassion, professionalism, and a positive outlook to advocate for patientsCollaborative attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for excellent care Key Duties: Deliver compassionate patient care, utilize advanced technology and procedures, and contribute to innovative care models in a supportive team environment.
