Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of practice
- Take responsibility and accountability for nursing outcomes
- Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing staff in delivering quality care
- Contribute to safety and enhance patient experience
- Deliver patient-centered care across all populations
- Apply clinical skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Lead and support assigned team members
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and safety protocols
Qualifications & Skills
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois
- BSN degree preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- At least 1 year of hospital nursing experience preferred
