About the role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) specializing in ICU and Telemetry to work on a per diem basis in Halifax, VA.
Responsibilities
- Providing safe, high-quality acute-care nursing
- Assessing and monitoring patients
- Administering medications and treatments
- Managing cardiac rhythms
- Collaborating with healthcare teams
- Maintaining accurate records
- Educating patients and families
Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license
- At least one year of recent ICU or Telemetry experience within two years
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Additional credentials may be required based on specific assignments
