About the role
Provide per diem hospital care in Halifax, VA, specializing in ICU or Telemetry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality acute-care nursing
- Assess and monitor patients
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor cardiac rhythms
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate records
- Follow safety protocols
- Educate patients and families
Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license
- At least one year of recent ICU or Telemetry experience within the past two years
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Additional credentials may be required based on facility
