Overview

This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care within organizational policies. The staff nurse ensures adherence to practice standards, coordinates care activities, and demonstrates professional growth and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care utilizing nursing processes
• Maintain standards of practice and coordinate care activities of assigned staff
• Ensure quality and safety in patient care

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
• BLS certification required
• New graduates eligible

Skills & Experience

• Strong assessment, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work within organizational policies and team settings
• Prior hospital experience and specialty certifications are advantageous
