Overview The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They ensure adherence to organizational policies, demonstrate professional growth, and maintain high standards of practice. Responsibilities Coordinate patient care activities, supervise assigned staff, and deliver quality nursing services. Maintain standards of practice and ensure patient safety and well-being. Qualifications Graduate of a nursing program Eligible for new graduates Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License BLS certification Preferred: hospital experience, bachelor’s degree, advanced certifications in specialty areas
