Required andBCLS - Basic Life Support Required Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum) Business Unit : Company Name: Eastside Medical Center We need to extract sections: - About the role: likely the overview description before responsibilities. Could be "Overview" paragraph describing the role, facility, unit, patient populations, education and support. We'll put that under

About the role

with paragraphs. - Responsibilities: there is a "Responsibilities" heading in text. We'll extract that content: includes description about work environment, collaborative culture, etc., plus "Responsible For" and "Essential Functions". We'll combine into a
  • list? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. The responsibilities section includes prose and bullet-like items (Essential Functions). We could treat the essential functions as list items. The preceding prose can be

      . So we will have

      for the introductory paragraph(s) then

      • for each essential function. - Requirements: The posting includes "Qualifications" section with Education, Work Experience, Licenses and Certifications. Also "Knowledge, Skills, Abilities" maybe under Skills. We'll separate: Requirements could be education, experience, licenses. Skills could be knowledge, skills, abilities list. - Benefits: There's a "Total Rewards That Work For You" section listing many benefits. We'll put under

        Benefits

        with
        • items. - Pay: There's mention of "Sign on Bonus Available up to $5,000" and "Competitive and equitable compensation for all roles". That's pay info. We'll include a Pay section with that info. - Schedule: There's mention of "Full Time Days" and "schedule flexibility". Not explicit schedule details. Might be considered schedule content. We could include schedule if there is specific content: "Full Time Days" and "schedule flexibility". That's enough? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state "Full Time Days" and "schedule flexibility". So we can include Schedule section with that. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate like disclaimer, EEO, etc. The disclaimer is present; we should remove it. Also remove "Apply today..." etc (application instructions). Also remove navigation/legal/EEO etc. The disclaimer is to be removed. Also remove "Experience The Advantages Of Real Career Change" maybe part of benefits? Actually that's more about advantages; could be part of benefits or general. But we can keep as prose under About the role? Might be considered "Experience" but we can incorporate into About the role or Benefits. Safer to keep as prose under About the role or maybe under Benefits? It's about career change, wellness programs, etc. Might be better to keep under Benefits as it's about total rewards. But we already have Benefits section listing specific items; we could add a paragraph about career change, wellness programs etc. However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could merge some. Let's structure:

          About the role

Overview paragraph describing facility, ICU, patient populations, education and support.

          Responsibilities

Intro paragraph about work environment, collaborative culture, etc.
