RN ICU Nurse - Full-Time Nights

About the Role

The ICU Registered Nurse provides safe, competent nursing care in a dynamic healthcare environment, supporting patient-centered care principles. This part-time position involves leading and supporting the healthcare team, coordinating interdisciplinary care plans, and ensuring quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs of patients and families
• Develop and implement detailed care plans
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and develop personalized goals
• Perform purposeful hourly rounds to enhance safety, communication, and patient comfort
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment and discharge plans

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Current Nevada nursing license
• Valid ACLS & BLS certifications
• Preferably one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in acute care
• Handle with Care certification or willing to obtain within six months
