Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of practice
- Take responsibility and accountability for patient outcomes
- Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing personnel in patient care delivery
- Contribute to safety initiatives and promote a positive patient experience
Qualifications & Skills
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL
- Preferred BSN degree
- BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers
- Minimum 1-year hospital nursing experience preferred
Schedule
Full-time, night shift (7 pm - 7:30 am), weekend rotation
Pay
Hourly pay range: $36.00 - $55.80, based on experience
