RN - ICU - Night Shift

About the Role

Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations in the ICU setting. Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting safety and high-quality patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in a critical care environment
• Coordinate and guide unlicensed staff to support patient outcomes
• Assume responsibility for patient outcomes through clinical judgment and adherence to protocols
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Contribute to positive safety and quality outcomes

Requirements

• Current Nursing Licensure in Illinois (IL)
• BLS/CPR certification
• At least 1 year of hospital nursing experience
