RN - ICU - Night Shift

About the Role

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and care effectiveness.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure for the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or other unit-specific credentials as required.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs, and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Capable of reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
